These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 4k999 platform and all its services. In these Terms, "4k999", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating this platform. "You", "user", and "member" refer to any person registered on or using the platform.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at 4k999 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The same minimum deposit limit applies to each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Standard processing time for withdrawal requests is 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Deposits must be made from a mobile banking number registered in the account holder's own name, and withdrawals must be made to that same number. Using a number registered in another person's name is prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 and a total balance of ৳2,000; a deposit of ৳32,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied only to the bonus amount — not to the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, using another person's identity, or engaging in any other fraudulent method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

5.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, 4k999 may offer various promotional offers. The specific terms of each offer will be stated on that offer's page and will apply alongside these general terms.

6.1 Sports Betting

In sports betting, the outcome of each bet is determined based on the official result of the relevant match. In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds, 4k999 reserves the right to void the bet.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, JILI, and others). The fairness and outcomes of games are governed by the respective provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.3 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven. All wins and losses will be automatically reflected in the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4k999 platform:

• Using another person's identity or payment details

8.1 Suspension by Us

4k999 may temporarily or permanently close any account at any time for investigation purposes or on suspicion of a rule violation. In the case of permanent closure, any valid balance will be returned, provided no rule violation is proven.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any available balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
